2007 Daylight Savings Time Fix

Daylight Savings Time occurred two weeks earlier this year. Good for energy conservation (supposedly), but not so good for the PMA as the time change date is embedded into Qtopia. And without Archos support, we're stuck, or once again dependent on the openPMA team for resolution.

There is a ray of (extra hour) light here, as we are not alone! The Zaurus community also has this same problem, and with minor research, I found the following thread on tyrannozaurus.com (gotta love that name!).

While I'm confident this will make the next release of openPMA, the package below will supply the fix right now. Note that this was tested under openPMA 0.2 (Giraffe) only.
